1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the OneZapp extension for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.

2. Restrictions

• You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension.
• You may not create derivative works based on the extension.
• You may not rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the extension.
• You may not use the extension for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

3. Ownership

OneZapp is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the extension, including all related intellectual property rights, remain with the Developer.

4. Updates

The extension may automatically download and install updates. These updates are governed by this agreement unless accompanied by separate terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the extension, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
